How often do you blast?

So after having my server for 6 months along with GSA, SEO Content Machine, etc, I am finally starting to knuckle down and start ranking.

I have many questions, but one in particular is, how often I should be hitting a 3 tiered project that is pointing at a buffer site?  Should I leave it blasting its daily quota on an ongoing basis, or set it up to blast unlimited for a day or two, and then delete the project? I probably haven't described what I mean perfectly, but hopefully you follow what I mean.

    I probably create less t3 links than most, but I've been getting great results by hitting each t2 with a 45-60 t3 links dripped over a week. I never openly blast, but that's just a personal preference.
