What is the most efficient way of extracting high PR links from a project?

    Your question seems a bit undetailed. If you mean verified links then view the links, sort by PR and copy them using all the right mouse click on the "Show verified URLs" dialog.

    If you mean to get high PR links to submit to for your project then you might as well try buying one of the offered lists in this forum.
