i watch  video about beta GSA PI.. in video..use Gscraper then outgoing drag to GSA PI...
can GSA SER use to scraping to GSA PI with failed list from GSA ser failed list site.. then proccess to GSA PI  right ?

You want to feed Pi freshly scraped lists. You can use tools like Scrapebox or other search engine scrapers to scrape fresh lists. 

It's Scraper > Pi > SER.

You don't use your failed list from SER.
