The first engine filters Google results for non-islamic content. With the second engine, you can specify a different language for results (eg DE = German) by modifying the location_option parameter in the query string.

Also noticed an error on the [hulbee.com] engine. This line:

url=https://hulbee.com/?query=gsa&region=browser&uiLanguage=browser&page=%page%

should be

url=https://hulbee.com/?query=%search%&region=browser&uiLanguage=browser&page=%page%
