What does #SCM0 mean?

I ordered a Multi Tier project from a service provider to save myself some time. He's done a pretty good job, but looking at the keywords, he's included this "#SCM0" amongst the keyphrases and anchor text spins (partials, LSI etc).

What does that mean and what effect does it have on the anchor text that the software inserts?
