Image Resizing

In the Article Manager section, I am creating a list of my own image URLs for GSA SER to insert into my contextual links. Does the software automatically resize images when inserting into the text, or does it simply insert the image as it finds it at the specified URL?

    it adds the image and uses html tags to show the image smaller using max-width/max-height.
