low diversity submissions on SerEngines

hi

i use low diversity submissions on SerEngines for Web 2.0 submissions (stand alone project)
but get very low diversity submissions

means i can get a lot of submissions (hundreds, if i just let gsa running) BUT always to the same 10-15 domains

what might be the problem

* - i use private proxies for evrything
 - different yahoo email accounts
 - VPS
 - only DBC for captchas

I just post the same question couple days ago, from what I got  it currently does not work well.
