Skipped by settings [Recaptcha)

I use Auto Website Submitter with Captcha Breaker but when captcha have problem i get window to resolve:

But recaptcha is skipped

To to change that repacha will show to resolve manually?

if you use just CB then recaptcha is skipped by default as it has a low success rate. You need to solve that manually or by another service

How solve manually? Why popup dont showing?
