not getting any help - requesting for a refund - AWAITING ACCOUNT VERIFICATION AND MORE ISSUES

i have been trying to contact the support team of gsa but i dont find any contact details here. its been days now that i am not able to submit web 2.0 and other sites like forum , article submit  . i am getting awaiting account verifcation and more problems no one is helping me . 

Whats the problem in using the email or contact form from our homepage?

can you help me  make this gsa run properly. i can not submit sucessfully in articles sites and other sites that needs email verification . it says awaiting account verification 

There can be issue with your proxy or you don't have targeted url for submission.

what kind of email accounts you use?

You desperately need to read a tutorial on GSA SER so take you pick:

Please DON'T buy or do anything else until you've read at least one of them. You will save yourself a lot of headache.

Gmail never worked well for me in the past and I believe it gave other users problems as well. Might try grabbing some Yahoo accounts like: http://buybulkaccount.com/ or banditim Mail.ru accounts or some catchalls. 

Also, you need to make sure the spam filter is set to forward spam to your inbox or sites might get missed during verification.

Have you had the chance to go through any tutorials yet? If not, I'd recommend looking at some of those first to get a grasp on how SER works. Someone posted a pretty good one here on the forum recently.
