can not create a new group

Hi there,

I have a duplicated 1 file / project.

Now I want to move it from 1 group to a new one, but when i go to group > new > fill in the name > enter ... nothing happens.. 

it's not added to the group lists as well.

How can I fix this?
Had already this issue in 10.0.2 , now updated to 10.0.4 still the same problem.

Ok.. solution:

Check if it's not tiered... 

then replace with new project urls.. then it does work..
