Problem with links - help

Welcome. I have a quick question. No matter what I choose (forum, guestbook) 99% of links comes in the form:
http://0.7ba.info/out.php?url=http://mysite.pl
http://0jin0.net/account/login?url=http://www.mysite.pl
http://1-vl.ru/engine/redirect.php?url=http://www.mysite.pl
How it off? I do not want such links because it's just some redirection. What am I wrong included
