Change engine settings universally rather than project by project

I have some serious engine changed i need to make, and i have one project that is serving as the basis for the changes i need to make to the rest of the projects. I can obviously just go project by project to make such changes however that would be timely and tedious, is there a way to change all the projects across ser without doing it individually?

Plz tell me there is.
