GSA SER working very slow CPU 0-5% very low threads ~1-10

I'am running a campaing on gsa but it works very slow.Most of the time the are 2-10 threads running,rarely it goes 30+.I use 2core 2GB port 1Gbs win2008 vps from shark and 50 private proxies and the speed of gsa is really low,i tried a lot of settings (from BHW nad here) but none of them seem to work for me.I bought just recently this software hoping to rank well.For captcha i use;captcha sniper,reverseproxy OCR,captchatronix and DBC (i tried in different order,no change).I got a fresh and good list.I cleaned cache and history,Removed duplicated.Clean-up URL.Nothing works.
Please help me.

    Make sure you have actually enough targets to post to, else it is waiting for search engines replies to post to something new.
