help please: sockerror connection timed out

hello, I try to update and make gsa go faster and I get this error and can not fix. 

2 problems: 

1: pop 3 login failed - sockerror: connection timed out. 

2: unable to save proxy settings. make sure you have the rights to save in (folder)

I have 50 gsa verified private proxies. running on 250 threads. 180 timeout. custo time to wait between search quieres 60.

1. Do you use public or private proxies for email verification? Also Usually no proxy is required here. 

2. saving proxy data is either really an access problem or your hard disk is full. Maybe also an error on that disk. Try renaming the current proxyresult.res file in that folder to something else and try to save again.

hello dear 

1: email verification "use proxies" is no check for all projects. 

options "e-mail checking" nothing is checked here

2: I fix hard disk lots of space now. no more pop up saying not save proxies

but yes pop3 login failed sockerror: connection timeout still happening lots.
