Joomla article bug

When posting to joomla (don't know other cases) sometimes GSA generates article with link like
<a href="'http://adsfdsfgh.com/xsbschfg/">asgfghj</a>
i.e. single quote in the beginning of the URL.

Might give examples privately to those who fix it.
