SER Engines not working after v9.98 update

I've been using SER Engines for months with awesome results. After the 9.98 update, SER Engines are barely working. I say barely, because I get 3 or 4 verified links per hour (I used to get 50-75).  When I run other projects NOT using SER Engines, GSA flys with no issues at all.  

Proxies are brand new (private), all email accounts are new.  Again, it's only projects running on SER Engines that I'm having this issue with.  

Anyone else having this problem?  Was this an update to GSA that caused this?  I've already checked with my proxy provider and SER Engines and they both say that everything is working on their end.

    @charles99 The logs you sent us were indicating a connection issue.. Proxy or internet.

    "download failed (return: - sockError: connection reset by peer OR Host not found"

    Unless in 9.98 GSA SER has some kind of bug with proxies, but I think @Sven can help out with that one.

    I'm also getting "network subsystem is unusable" error.  I know the proxies work because GSA shreds through links when I'm not using projects that use SER Engines.

    I'm just looking for an answer, quickly, since this problem is going on almost two weeks.  I need to have this resolved.  If it's a settings issue (which I have not changed), then I'm all ears.
