cheapcaptcha.com returns Error : unable to get balance

I'm trying to use the cheapcaptcha service and I am getting an error "Error : unable to get balance" I have messaged cheapcaptcha and they have advised incorrect connection to their API.

As a result I can't use the service. Anyone else having the same problem?
