web2.0s + serengines + social booksmarks same as syndwire / fcsnetworker?

so I started recently using syndwire and fcsnetworker to get web2.0 'authority' links and social signals to my pbns, money sites, and high pa web2.0s.
I was wondering though can't you just use gsa and use web2.0s, serengines.com and social bookmarks / networks to do the same?
i was going to use like fcsnetworker more and then transfer those links over to gsa to build tiers. but If I can just do it all in gsa that'd be easier.
However if i am wrong let me know. if it is better to use fcs / syndwire for tier 1 and gsa for the others please tell me.
