serpcloud vs accuranker which is the most cost-effective?

I am looking for some feedback on the following ranking services; serpcloud and accuranker,

1.1500-2000 keywords plan.

Also

2. 20,000 keywords plan

I am looking at price mostly but features are important as well, mostly white-labeling which both include this, I have only used accuranker.

I have used accuranker in the past and it is the best I've used but am looking for the most cost-effective solution between these two as clients are added and dropped every month and I need to keep costs down and keep the client happy by not passing on the costs to them.

I'm aware of the yearly discounts etc.

non-biased opinions are welcome.

    I had a terrible experience with serpcloud support. I posted on their support system on a Sunday requesting a refund (which they offer in the first 7 days) ,didn't get a response after 2 days, and their ticket system didn't email me a ticket number to check on the ticket. I posted a follow up ticket asking for my ticket number and got no response or ticket number for that. I get a couple blank emails from their mail server, and couldn't tell if they were from support or just an automated email from the service. Emailed admin@serpcloud.com, no reply, then a couple days later I found their skype to message them. That seems like the best way to get a hold of them.

    In skype they did the whole sales pitch, why do you want to refund, etc like a retentions specialist from a phone company. At that point I was fed up and just wanted the refund I requested. I still haven't actually gotten the refund through 2checkout so I'm going to have to contact them again.

    I would suggest you try out their service first before you commit to a huge plan like that.

    For huge plans you can get friend serpcloud have many users who are using custom packages according to their requirements.So you can also request that and we have best pricing out their with tons of features in it.

    Also many new coming from time to time and mostly features are requested by users which we fullfil

    I've been a customer of Accuranker for a long time and have a special discount that I jumped on for 1000 kws. The support is great, the owner is on here or BHW can't remember, but he's cool. I just wish there was a bulk refresh for all domains/kws that's my only gripe. Reports are brilliant and accuracy is top notch as far as I can tell.

    I haven't used SERPcloud but did look at it a few months back but decided against it, but have used many other big name rank checkers and Accuranker is easily superior in my opinion. Not affiliated, just a customer. Once I find a tool/service that works and works well, and is cost effective, I stick with it and offer my opinion on it. If there was something up, I'm quick to contact them or shoot them down if they are shit.
