Project import when global lists are set.

I have looked until I cannot stand it any more for a definitive answer to this question:

When the Global site lists are set in 'Options' and a target URL list is imported in a project, do the imported target URL's also go to the global list, or do they stay with the project?

as long as you have the site lists enabled in global options, they get added from projects unless you have set the box to not add them.
