Unable to Uncheck ONLY Low Quality Providers?

This has been bothering me for a while now. In options>provider is where all of the providers are listed. As I understand, proxy scraper will scan only the checked providers by the user.
There is a quality parameter which is great and I can easily sort them by quality, but I'm unable to toggle only those I've selected. The right-click menu has check, uncheck and toggle which essentially they do about the same thing. I'm unable to only put a check mark to the selected few.
