Put contextual link in article ONCE

Everyone knows contextual link contains the most SEO power, I want to put the contextual link into a article ONCE. e.g.
My keyword is "payday load", the article is look likes:

Payday load{:|-|,}<a href=%url%>%URL%</a> is something about xxx xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

The naked URL shows in the article twice, I.want it to show ONCE randomly.
Is it possible with marco?

    Because I want to put one URL randomly behind the keywords phrase that appear multiple times in the article.
    It looks natural.
