How to set a VERIFIED limit?

I have searched high and low, and seen others mention it, but no idea how to turn it on. Currently my limit is set at 100/day but this is unverified/all - how do I change this limit to apply to Verified only please?

Yeah, there are other things with that same line under them that are clickable. If in doubt, try to click it and see what happens.
