Actually it happens often that he build links to sites where the link to the next tier dont work... (like is not clickable)

    In your email you said you had to manually reverify? Thats not true. Each project has an option to reverify existing backlinks. Once turned on, it does this on project load and check if the upper tier has the link on it and also verify existing verified links. This way you do not have to do this manually.
