How can I contact the owner of The Incredible Indexer?

Hi,

I bought a month subscription to The Incredible Indexer yesterday, everything worked fine so I went to sleep.

Today I woke up and I'm getting login errors and messages that my account doesn't exist anymore.

Is this service a scam?

If anyone knows of a way to contact the owners of that site, that would be greatly appreciated.

    In their sales thread it says to use admin@theincredibleindexer.com also I found this form: http://theincredibleindexer.com/contact/

    Hopefully one of those work :/

    I've sent them a message on both of those, I hope they monitor their email. Thanks s4nt0s.

    I'll post here if this gets solved.

    If anyone knows another way to contact them, that would also be great.

    Just an update, they replied to my email and said their servers had crashed, which caused the login problem. They have fixed their servers and I now have access again.
