How do I get Pingbacks/Trackbacks working for GSA SER?

Hey, right now blog comments etc are working but NONE of my pingbacks or trackback links seem to be going through to my wordpress site.

    trackback links should work. Of course you need to find a targets where they are auto approve. This can take some submissions before you see verifications.

    For pingbacks you need to use tricks to let the target url think there is a link placed on your end to them before they accept a link. This is done using some special tricks that I do not want to discuss here. Just disable the pingback engine, it's for expects only really.
