Wicked Article Creator Restore - Hard Drive Crash

My hard drive crashed last Tuesday and I am re-installing
everything on the new drive. I have a premium account, but can’t get tech support to reply.

Does WAC tech support frequent this forum?

I tried email and BHW without success.
