What is the best GSA SER Settings ( with 10 private proxies) for submissions only ?

Hi ,

I am new to GSA ser,

I have 10 dedicated proxies ( which I purchased from from buyproxies.org )

I would like to use SER for submitting links only ( I already have a list ). With 10 dedicated proxies, What should the settings be to get the best results and to not get the proxies banned ?

- I only want to create about 200 links per day.

Any recommendations or advice would be much appreciated !
