Help! SER is not finding english sites

Can anyone tell me why SER isn't finding english sites. All the sites im seeing are mostly of a different language. I've had 2 campaigns going for 3+ days and only have 1 link so far. 

- Not the proxies

- Not the emails

- Not the filters

So you have this filter enabled right? Then I see no reason why it would not skip none-english sites.

Usually people get a list, then import it, then run SER with settings like "only post to x sites"
