Related to Handling GSA Ser On VPS with Home Laptop

If I run 100 threads on GSA Ser on my VPS with 50 dedicated private proxies, What should be the minimum internet speed I need to get to my Laptop in Home.

Does it have any relation with my Bandwidth limited by ISP?
