URLs with and without www.

Hi, I'm just wondering if I'm running a churn and burn project for example
should I be using both the www. and no www. URL? Given that I've redirected the non www. site to the www.
Does this have any benefits? It FEELS like it's more natural but I honestly have no idea, would the links for the non www. have the same effect on the www. given that it's redirected over? 
Or is it simply better to be using ONLY the www. in the project?
