Is the anchor text box, the top box I mean, % just based on 100 subtracting all the other percentages?

I mean would it matter if say anchor text was the same % as partial match anchor and i swapped the anchors for the two, would i end up getting the same results since they appear the same frequency?

Oh also any idea where the Chinese character anchors come from? Which engine in particular?

the remaining % is the the one used for the main anchor text. For Chinese anchors have a look in verified URLs and sort the listing by anchor text...you see the engine name in one column.
