Getting Error Message..Seven help!!!

 i am getting a lot of these messages and it remains the same whether i increase or decrease threads.

Please Suggest what to do?

looks to me as the proxies are being down.

then something else blocks access here. Check firewall or maybe you use a too low timeout.

My timeout is 180.

and i turned off the windos firewall..
