GSA SER is not starting on my Windows 7

Hi All,

I have recently purchased, GSA SER and installed on my PC. However it is not launching on my PC.

Anybody faced similar issue?

    Tried it. But not working.

    When I check task manager, I see the process is running!!

    is the cpu usage high?

    @sven , no it is not. CPU usage is in between 20 to 40%

    I see you have a process running called 360 Total Security which appears to be an anti virus. You should see if you can add an exception for the search engine ranker.exe or the whole destination folder just in case your a/v is preventing it from starting. That would be my guess ...

    Also I doubt this is the problem, but you might consider bumping up your memory in the future if things run slow, I see its showing your memory is almost maxed out.

    It's 13% cpu usage for SER...a bit high. Could it be that it is still loading your public proxies or something?
