I've purchased SEREngines and I've placed a support ticket 3 times with no reply, it's almost a week, and I feel like I'm just wasting money (do they not have someone in place to monitor queries). I've followed the guide right from the T following this http://serengines.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/06/SEREngines-Help-v1.pdf and even tried out this other tutorial from Youtube 

I have 30 shared private proxies and 10 fully private proxies which I have bought from Buyproxies. I'm currently using CB to test SEREngines before investing in human solved captcha and I have Indexfications to index my URLs. I'm using a mixture of Yahoo and and Hotmail as recommended. All this setup should surely create some Web2.0s but I'm even to struggling to get past 2-3 web2.0 which I can only create when creating a new project everytime.Most times as soon as I start the project it just get stuck with that "download failed error" which can't be my proxies as I have 2 variations (shared private poxies and fully private poxies), and even tried a VPN. SER is telling you what is wrong:

Download Failed – This occurs when GSA SER can't download the web page. This normally is a

proxy issue, internet or in some cases the Web 2.0 is down.

First unclick option "Add stop words to query with 20%"

Fix "no scheduled posting" error

Now activate scheduling, because if you haven't got many emails this might be the problem.

Allow posting on same site again = Yes

Time to wait on further registrations = 1440 min

Time to wait before first post = 30 min

Time to wait between two post = 1440 min

Maximum posts per account = You decide

Maximum account per site = Equal to how many email account you use

Try these step to figure out what is wrong.

1. Lower your threats to 40 or 20 to test if your proxies aren't good enough.

2. Set longer HTML timeout 240 - 300 if you have slow connection.

3. Activate option "Continuously try to post to a site even if failed before"

4. Uncheck all filters URLs

5. Test your emails. I have always 50 - 250 working email / project.
