Resizing GSA SER on my vps

I know this is something with my vps. Its annoying because i always resizing everything everytime i open my vps. 

sorry but this is really nothing I can do about. It's windows itself that resizes the windows. I can limit the size of CB to make it not look that crappy, but thats it.
