SER Indexing Options question

Under SER Options there is INDEXING tab with option "Submit backlink URLs to blog search engines".

Do you recommend I turn this option on, or leave it off? When should I use it or not use it?

And also what does "Submit all types" mean?

    If you use indexing services or SEO Indexer, I would turn this off.

    Don't indexing services just submit the backlinks to blog search engines anyways?

    Why would I pay an indexing service when SER can do this for free?

    Or why would I buy SEO Indexer when SER can do this for free?

    indexing services as well as SEO Indexer do not send the links to search engines directly. They put links here and there and make sure search engines get the attention for links they need to index them faster.
