SER Scraping REALLY SLOW ?

So far i've been using gsa ser with lists, everything went smooth... but right now i have a custom project. Only need links from a single country, so i'm using the search engine from that country and i have ser set up so it skips all domains that are not from that country.

I have :
- a list of 2000+ keywords inserted into ser
- 100 proxies
- all set to 250 threads

And surprise surprise, SER is only working on 2-3 threads. WTF. What the heck is wrong and how can i make it work normally.

For full disclosure, i haven't used ser for scraping almost never, the only time i used it to scrape was when it first appeared and i was out there testing it.
