search suggestions database is not updating

Hello masters,
We are using google GSA search for search purpose, we had done all the investigation in our problem, but  no luck.

Problem is like when we are searching for data on site it is showing us correct results but we are not getting any suggestion on search box. we have enabled Enable auto-completion in search box on "EnterpriseController" site. when we Export suggestion list on our Collection and Front-end, it is returning only 1 value, means it is not updating suggestion database on successful search. we are getting empty brackets ([]) in result, also want to notice that our SSL certificate is get expired, so is it a problem. so can you please help us. Thanks in advance.
