AntiGate = anti-captcha? & Payment

Is antigate (http://antigate.com) the same service with anti-captcha (http://anti-captcha.com)?

Where is their email support/pre-sales? The only email I found is robot_at_antigate.com and it seems it's robot, no reply.

I register to anti-capctha and again, no email support.
