I'm new to GSA, but I think this issue is not correct....any recommendations?

I have this message on all my active projects.....the
ranker just keeps buzzing away, but obtaining backlinks has stopped it
seems.
How do I fix this?
"No targets to post to (maybe blocked by search engines, no scheduled posting)"
I see LOTS of activity.

I gained 32 backlinks, and now all the progress has
halted, but the machine keeps running, getting various rejections and
failures!
I don't know how to read the proxies settings, but it seems ok to me?
I bought 10 private proxies,a nd they show a green light in the list, along with lots of scraped proxies?
