Captcha service balance not changing and getting a "file has been modified error"

I am using GSA Captcha Breaker as the first service and then Death By Captacha for the second. I am getting the feeling that DeathByCaptch does not appear to be working with my GSA because when I click "TEST", the balance does not change. It keeps saying "Your balance is 9.99". This is incorrect because even if I put in false login details for the DeathByCaptcha field and click "TEST", it shows the same message. I also get the popup that says "Your hostfile is modified, continue anyway?"

Please advise

    CB could be picking up the calls to death by captcha.  Turn off the webserver in CB and try again.
