GSA SER not running all the threads

Hi Seven

i set the gsa to 500 threads and imported 1000k+ links and it is only running 100 threads


I am on a vps and i used proxies too

    are all the imported urls on different domains?

    I've noticed this too actually - sometimes I see the number of active threads drop down as low as 10% of my configured number..

    CPU usage is 1 - 5%, plenty of memory, 130K in the target cache (mostly different domains - certainly at least 500 times the number of threads).

    I've noticed this more with recent builds of SER than older ones - is there any new synchronized code?

    Yes you are right same problem here.
    the older versions was working great.

    I sorted the list out and removed all the duplicate urls before using it so why low threads.

    i did not mean that old version is better than this one.
    so seven can you have a look on my VPS??

    I see this problem too, im import list with 8 milions adress and its run on 300 threads and after couple of minutes it run only 50 threads :/
