So, I just purchased the program and have been running it on many list.  

It's is nischaracterizing almost every site?

Wiki sites are being placed as Wordpress Articles?
TikiWiki as wordpress trackbacks!?

The warriorforum and blackhat forum marked as Pligg???

Please tell me I did something wrong here

    Did you open the links and look at the sites? Sometimes there are footprints in the content (blackhatworld, warriorforum) etc. If you open the link you'll see they're most likely threads with a bunch of footprints and that's what the software is picking up.

    I'll have to see the other URLs to see why they were detected that way. Sent a PM to check your settings.

    *edit* - just did a small run and a quick test and everything seems to be matching up on my end.
