"No Targets to Post To" Yet I Have 80,000 Remaining Target URLs...

I got the warning notification for one of my projects and it gave me the "no targets to post to (no search engines chosen, no site list enabled, no url extraction chosen, no scheduled posting)" message, yet I went in and checked the remaining target URLs and saw it still has 80,000 target URLs. What's going on with that?

    could be <our options in scheduled posting that will submit the link only after like 120 minutes after registration or alike.
