GSA SER needs to be restarted every 4hrs

is anyone running into the same problem as me? I have 30 private proxies and i'm only running 5 campaigns with each having two tiers.

I noticed i have to restart the program in order for it to get active or submitted urls.

once i restart this GSA SER continues.
