import export languajes and countries

something simple and useful. in elmodulo of "skip sites from following countries" and "skip sites from the following languages" to export import a list.

I find it very tiring to go project by project marking everything. I know it can be segmented by language in country, but not enough.

I do not spam campaigns for sites not affiliated, and I have to have a very thin configuration, and make it increasingly takes me a long time.

I not think it's somewhat complicated to add
