before disabling the proxies

We tend to get a lot of complaints that the proxies are being disabled by gsa.

My guess is that setting too many connections or posting to dead sites could make this happen.

isn't possible to make a test on a small page like https://www.yahoo.com/robots.txt and set a higher timeout to see if is loading with the proxy before disabling it ?

    This checking can be done already. customers can set it up to retest in intervals and then against certain sites.
