Verified Links are very low

Hi

My first campaign got 57 submitted links and only 6 verified links. Is this normal?

## When I checked the submitted URLs, most of it says "[awaiting account verification]". What does it mean? Am I doing something wrong?

    this means that SER is checking your email (make sure settings are ok here) for emails to verify created accounts. For now, no email matching your submission arrived.

    Thanks Sven, but after 24 hours also the verified amount is still 6. What can I do to improve the verified links?

    Did you check if email accounts are working and SER can login?

    yes.... the email is working. I opened the email manually and so many emails in the junk folder (hotmail). Is this the issue? If so, how can I rectify it?

    Exactly the same situation. Does GSA have problems with Gmail?

    the email is working. i use aol mail.
