Does GSA SER Do All Of The Things on This List?

I'm new to posting on the forums but I've been around.

My question is - Can SER build all of the links listed and post provided articles to 2.0 pages? I thank anyone who can answer this for me with all my heart. (I want to know how this can be done for under $30! is it possible?)

BUSINESS DIRECTORY LISTINGS
150 (create new business directory listings such as yelp,

450 (create directory listings in directory's that are related to
your business)

INFO-GRAPHIC CREATION, DISTRIBUTION
20 (create graphics and share them about your website)

40 (create and publish news articles on reputable sites)

WEB 2.0 PAGE CREATION
300 (create web 2.0 pages that link to your main site. such as

POWERPOINT DISTRIBUTION
30 (create and distrbute powerpoint slides about your business)

PDF CONTENT SHARING
25 (create and share pdf's on pdf sharing sites about your
company)

Reputable SOCIAL LINKS SHARE
200 (share deeplinks/live links to reputable social sites like
facebook, twitter etc..)

25 (create and share links on government and educational sites

    LOL if that is possible for under 30$, i'm in for the deal too:P

    Hell, then I will quit using tons of money on proxies, vps, captha solving etc..

    If anyone here can do all that for 30$ - Do send me a pm;)

    Hi and thank you for your reply. I'm not asking for somebody to do it for me for under $30. The price I was quoted is just under $100. If they hired people to do this work manually it would exceed the $100 they charge. I have to believe they are using something to automate so that it's profitable. You would want no more than an hour on the job if all you were charging is $100. So that begs my question, is this list possible with SER or some other automated solution?
